Individual & couples psychotherapy

Support for the patterns, emotions, and transitions that can leave you feeling stuck.

I provide individual telehealth psychotherapy for adults ages 18 and older throughout New York and New Jersey, along with private-pay couples therapy. Care is shaped around your needs—not a one-size-fits-all formula.

One-on-one support

Individual therapy

A supportive space to address anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and loss, ADHD, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, personal growth, and life transitions. Our work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Private-pay service

Couples therapy

Collaborative support for couples experiencing stress, emotional challenges, communication difficulties, or patterns that affect their relationship and daily life. Couples therapy is offered as a private-pay service and is not billed through insurance.

How I help

Practical methods, thoughtfully tailored.

Our work may draw from several evidence-informed approaches. We will reflect together on what is helping, what may need to change, and which tools make sense for your life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Identify and challenge patterns of thinking that may be intensifying distress.

DBT-informed skills

Build practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier responses.

Mindfulness

Practice noticing thoughts and emotions with greater awareness and less judgment.

Strengths-based therapy

Recognize and build on the abilities, resilience, and wisdom you already carry.

Psychoeducation

Understand what may be happening emotionally so your next steps feel clearer.

The process

Change is collaborative.

Therapy is not a promise of instant results. It is a collaborative process. With your active participation, therapy can help you recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical coping skills, and make choices that better support you and the people who matter to you.

Progress looks different for everyone, but meaningful change is possible when we approach the work with honesty, consistency, and compassion.
