Privacy & website use
Your privacy matters.
Well Hope Psychotherapy is committed to clear, ethical communication. The information below explains important boundaries for using this public website and contacting the practice.
Website information
This website provides general information about the practice and educational topics. Visiting this site does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and the information here is not a substitute for professional care.
Email and electronic communication
Email may not be fully secure and is not monitored continuously. Please avoid sending urgent concerns or detailed clinical, medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information by email. A therapeutic relationship begins only after appropriate intake and consent steps are completed.
Confidentiality in therapy
Once you become a client, privacy and confidentiality are discussed as part of informed consent, including applicable legal and ethical limits. Specific privacy practices and telehealth expectations will be provided through the clinical process.
Third-party services
Alma and Headway are separate services with their own privacy practices and terms. When you choose to follow a link to either platform, the information you provide is governed by that platform’s policies.
Emergencies
This website and email are not crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Questions
If you have a question about this website or practice communications, please contact Rose Saint Elien by email before sharing sensitive information.
